i was told that i should accept the debit order mandate in order for me to receive the forms for assistance in removing the red flags on my name,i did not even complete and sent the forms back but my account has been debited and when i call im being told that the process is on the next step i dont understand how as i have not even agreed to the service,they even hang the phone down can someone one assist on this matter.
