Bunch of ****mers

I joined the company last year2024 because I wanted them to help me with my debts, they’ve been debiting but I don’t see any change till now. Last week Friday I received an sms from them confirming a payment arrangement which I knew nothing about. I enquired about it on their WhatsApp number and three of their consultants Amahle Maphumulo, Andiswa Nene and Sthabile Mbatha they all didn’t want to assist. I told them that I want to cancel the service on Monday they asked me to write an email stating why I want to cancel which I did. Today it’s Thursday and I haven’t gotten any response from them. I told them that I will no longer be able to pay, they asking for proof as to why I can’t pay. How ridiculous is that? Why is it so difficult for them to cancel the service on my name because I’m the one paying and I’m not happy with the service anymore hence I want to cancel it. I’m soooo disappointed!!!!
