Bad service from mdalisu

I have been trying to get help with the these people for more than 2 years now to no avail, no communication, no feedback, the only time they call is when I ask a guy name siphon who reffered me to them to contact them, I sent all the documents but till to date no one bothers to communicate with me, or at least let me know how far my case is.
