Bad Service

A lady from Mdalisu contacted me in July '23, promised me that they will remove my name from Debt Rescue for R1500 a month for 5 months. At first I agreed, gave them my details but later changed my mind after checking my financial status and I told them not to continue and I will tell them when I am ready financially.

Later in August, their male supervisor contacted me trying to persuade me to agree but I refused again. But I was surprised by 29th September to notice that they have deducted R1500 from my account and I emailed and contacted them asking why they deducted. And they responded saying they deducted because I wasn't responding to their calls and I don't remember receiving their calls.

And also who gave them the right to deduct when they couldn't get me? I don't want to hear anything about Mdalisu and I want a refund of my R1500 and they must cancel my name on their database and give me my refund and never to contact me again
