Bad service and unfulfilled promises

Greetings What a bad service ever we started the process with them last year February 2023 till today our case hasn’t been resolved, they don’t even bother picking up they phones and give us an update unless we call them and give us same answers every time we call ( we haven’t received your from NCR) when we ask for someone senior we will be told he/she in the meeting , full paid and promised us it be done in two months time look at us now one year and four months still
