Bad service

Their service is bad and they don't communicate but everymonth they deduct your money. I want to cancel this is what they are telling me. Kindly note that we only terminate the file within 5 days, which is our cooling off period from the day you signed up with Mdalisu, if not, cancellation will only be considered If a valid reason with proof has been provided.
