Bad service
There is a refund that is due to me i am being given a run around. I have been told that they will send me a claim form i am still waiting for the claim form.

I had to wait for 14 days in order to receive a refund form that i was told it has been emailed since the 1st of July 2024. Then when i finally receive it i get **** to that my money will be paid yesterday and that feedback will be provided, i am still awaiting

This service is totally unacceptable i am being financially inconvenience and at the same time its not my fault but no one cares.
