BAD EXPERIENCE EVER

They got my details when I was trying to buy a car online only to get rejected due to debt review flag on my name and they called promising me that if I join their Credit ready plan program and be able to pay R1250 per month for six months starting from July this year I will qualify for a car within 3 months now it's been the 5th month and they busy deducting the money from my account and nothing is happening as promised, they don't inform you with nothing, they will only call you only after you have asked them how far is the process via their WhatsApp line. Now they telling me that I have been transferred from one debt conselor to another and that's why the process is delaying, why I don't know cause they have details of the debt conselor that I have been transferred to. It seems like as long they deducting from your bank account every month they don't care. I am very disappointed in them (Mdalisu)
