Bad and sad service to make a quick buck a ****

I was offered a service of helping me clear my name from credit bereu for R220 a month I was told by end of November 2024 I'll be credit active the lady checked my credit profile but did not tell me they couldn't help at the time cause I had a judgment she went ahead and proceeded with the application end of November I asked when will I be credit active I was then told I have to pay up my accounts then I can be helped this is after 4 executive payments the first payment R420 and there after R220 I asked for this service to be canceled I'm told I have a contract and they can't cancel so I'll be paying R220 for a service that is of no use to me at all these people **** to me just to get paid very sad and poor service from this company
