Why is your debit mendate still active on my account after cancelling with you guys and getting confirmation of cancellation and that there will be no deductions on my account. And your chat service on whatsapp does not reply...your call center ayi ke speechless. I NEED ANSWERS AND YOU BETTER NOT DEDUCT MY ACCOUNT NEXT WEEK.
