Unhappy customer

I ordered at Kasi Grills through mdabula eats. They confirmed the order at exactly 09:15, 2 hours later my order was still not delivered. Tried to call support however i waited on the line until the call ended. I am certainly not happy with the services not sure if its because its a black on black service but i am not impressed. I am current still waiting for my order.
