No response from client services

I canceled my service with this company in September already, yet they are STILL processing the debit order. I have logged a call via the service desk, I sent emails, I called. A so-called client account representative confirmed he would investigate yet it is 2 months later and nothing has changed. What do I need to do to get some service out of them???
