Very disappointing service, POOR!

It's very sad it has to come to this, but other consumers must know the poor & disappointing service you get from a so called "professional franchise".

On July 8th I placed an online order with JAM Clothing. I received an email the next day confirming the order with a tracking number. I decided to track it 3 days later & was told to contact Courier Guy. When I called Courier Guy, they told me that they hadn't been given the parcel yet. Today's, 7 days later, I called again & was told the parcel had still not been handed over & the tracking number is invalid.

I get that things may be slow with all that is happening in our country, but 7 DAYS LATER & it's still not with the courier??? Really? And not to mention, not a word from JAM Clothing since. I have emailed them 3 times & tried to call the number on the website, but it doesn't work.

In these tough times, as consumers we work hard for our money, a little service would be appreciated. If you would like to prove me wrong or help me turn this into a good review, please go for it, my order #: 4058.

But I doubt it, I have probably lost my money. Be careful guys, these people are not interested!
