Unprofessional Interview

I went for an interview and the Area Manager seemed very playful in the sense of a serious interview. He was more concerned about my age and crack a joke about it that was irrelevant to an interview he asked me no related questions to the vacancy I app**** for.It lasted like ten or less minutes. Now why would I have bothered going if he had handled this unprofessional? Think his scared of alittle competition.I will never enter a Jam store and thanks for being unprofessional. Cape Town
