unprofessional behavior, arrogant, lazy and rude

Your employees are way too arrogant with your clientele !!! I was at Jam in Mall@carnival and had a really nasty experience ! Not happy at all I recieved shoes as Christmas present from jam but they refused to exchange it first of all they didn't have the right size so I took the EXACT SAME SHOES just in a DIFFERENT COLOUR and they told me it's not the same price something I could not understand because again it's the exact same shoes just a different colour ! But I said I'll pay the extra I had the rewards card this person used to purchase these shoes and had exchanged it once before in Edenvale and they could see the purchase on the system with the rewards card but your EXTREMELY LAZY STAFF at mall@carnival was too lazy to just actually do the same they did in Edenvale and had snarky remarks and an arrogant attitude and was extremely rude with me as a loyal supporting customer I was furious so I spoke to the manager who was just as arrogant !!!!! I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE AT ALL AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND JAM TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN !!!!
