Unprofessional and rude

I was in jam atteridgeville on Saturday and the manager there was shouting and swearing at staff in store with customers there listening, that is not how you do business, I immediately left the store, she is unprofessional and rude, always on her phone.she needs proper training or else she is going to cost you customers
