Unfair refund policy

I would expect a business of this caliber to offer refunds. The internet states that refunds are offered, for as long as the clothes are returned in the 14-day period; however, it seems stores have their own rules. I received a voucher when I returned the clothes instead of a refund. The brand needs to clear this.
