They don't even deserve 1 star

<p>I am very disappointed in the Jam store situated in Kathu, Northern Cape. Last week on 31 May 2017 I purchased a jean and before I paid I asked the lady if I could return the jean if it did not fit and she assured me that I could. However, today on 7 june 2017 I went back to return the jean and another lady told me that I could not return the jean, I could only exchange it for something of the same value. I did not want anything else and asked why I could not get a refund, and her only respose was that it was against the rules. In my life I have never heard such a lame excuse. Besides, the tax invoice clearly states "Thank you for shopping at Jam. Exchanges within 10 days. No returns on UNDERWEAR / AIRTIME....." </p> <p>Since a jean or a shirt or any other clothing peice for that matter is not underwear or airtime then why did the invoice not state "no refunds on any items purchased???</p> <p> </p> <p>Out of this whole situation I only learned that Jam and it's staff are dishonest *****. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will never purchase anything there again.</p>
