Terrible Service !!

I bought clothes and underwear from Jam Clothing Atterbury on Saturday (12 Sep'15) and you not allowed to try on underwear. However when I got home I realized the underwear was the wrong size and took it back the next day (13 Sep '15) and not only were the staff useless but did they refuse to exchange the underwear. There is no policy that states I cannot exchange it and the tags were still on them with the original slip. I now wasted money on a product I cannot wear as you cannot fit it on or exchange it if it is the wrong size. I got terrible service and not impress with the store.
