Store refused to give refund

Good day, RE Document Number 10920 store 9190 Returned items to the store and could not exchange as the sizes in store do not fit. I was refused a refund and offered a voucher which I do not want as the store does not have the required size. Further. There is a t-shirt that I returned, but was not on the slip. The store refused to credit or give me the t-shirt back. I require full refund to my bank account and not a voucher which I cannot use. Was in store for 45 min just to return And the store was empty.
