Rude staff

I have always loved Jam and supported them over the years. But today I had a really disappointing experience at Jam Clothing at Raslouw. I waited at the teller to be helped and the staff saw me there, greeted them and no one rep**** to me, treated me with such disregard. Finally someone came to assist me and I asked about the price on a a certain item (there was no tag).. again I greeted them and they disregarded me completely. They were trying to Figure out what code goes with the item, they finally choose a code, which was different to the code handwritten on the tag… when I queried and just asked how do I know which code is the correct one. They were so rude and unfriendly to me. They proceeded to be unhappy with the fact that I asked. I was so upset. I paid for my items and left. I really find it unacceptable that staff treat their customers with such disregard and with so much irritation. I will definitely not be shopping at Raslouw Jam again.
