refund policy

I bought clothes worth R150.00 and wanted to return goods and get refund. Tracy the manager of Jam clothing at Thabo Sehume street in Pretoria said to me that there do not refund they only exchange and if I cannot find anything they forced to give me gift voucher and I can but anytime .All what I wanted is my money, but she said to me that they do not refund even if I bought cash and there is no refund policy on the till slip.
