PRICING

On the 16/05/2023 I bought a puffer jacket in the centurion branch when I get by the till to pay for the jacket it had a different price. I then asked Cynthia the cashier she was stunned at the fact it had a different price. I asked her if they are pricing different and the colleague who stood by the door quickly interject with a high raised tone, rudely said to me Of course it's a different price. I then asked her does the consumer council act is it my fault or theirs and she said to me the jacket is priced in dollars and if I convert it I will be knowledgeable but I am in south Africa why must I be charged in dollars and why must the prompt me to convert dollars with 1 item same but different pricing, because I intended to buy it I put it on lay bye. I did not take it kindly as the so-called store manager was rude and screaming at me to know that on the floor, they are to explain dollars convert dollars for me whereas the very cashier did not know why different pricing as I know in SA You pay the price you see. Vicky as she raised her tone really was rude and a bully who expressed incompetency how to you run a store in SA and want customers to convert the prices it's really a broad day ******* for us.
