Poor service and ill mannered Manager

I bought a pair of underwear last week,at Prinsloo branch in Pretoria,when I got home they were still tied together with security mechanism,I had to return to the shop to be assisted to unlock them,the manager by the name of sphiwe was very rude and disrespectful in handling the matter,she insisted that I refund and leave the store,and that was not the intention I wanted them to unlock the items I purchased which they were supposed to unlock at the time of purchase,this manager is so unprofessional and extremely rude, you just lost a customer,proper training is required for such type of managers in your business. ,
