Poor management and no refund

Jam clothing Portshepstone is **** including their Manager. I bought a cellphone and it was faulty they refused to give me a refund saying they will take the phone for repairs it the 12th day they not giving me the phone back or my refund. Even when I went to inquire the Manager is very rude and refuses to attend to my matter and totally ignore me saying I am making a nuisance in the store. Right now I am without a phone , or refund and no explanation from Jam clothing
