Pathetic Service ever - Trading hours changed from 6pm to 5:51 pm

Went to Jam Clothing store at Gezina Gallaries in Pretoria around 5:25pm to ask what time are they closing. The were two ladies at the counter and confirmed that they close at 6:00pm. I then went out to the other shop that close at 5:30pm, then came back to Jam at 5:51pm. Only to find out that they were closed. One of the lady that I found at the counter, was standing behind the closed door and she said they are closed because Street Sheet across them is also closed. What does Street Sheet trading hours have to to with Jam Clothing Store? The thing that pains and annoyes me, is that they are the ones that that told me that they close at 6pm. This is really pathetic and insane indeed. They are jeopardizing Jam Clothing's reputation, and they don't seem to care about that.
