Pathetic service and Spiteful employees

Disgusted with the service. I got to the till with no employees present. They including the manager were standing having a chat seeing me standing and asking if anyone can assist.

Once the one lady decided to come she still had a huge conversation over me to the ladies behind me in their own language discussing me thinking I don't understand. With the manager present

Is this how Jam treats their customers by employing spiteful and useless staff.
