Pathetic disgusting service.

<p>I was given a reciept at the store to use as a gift card. It has the card number on it and it states that a gift card was purchased. I was informed that it does not expire. Today I went to the store to redeem the voucher and was told that they want the actual card. I informed the manager to eventually contact the area manager Alet. I told her that the receipt was given to me it has a voucher number and they can trace it to see if it was used.she told me that the company that made that card closed and they can't trace it;its my word against the company and my loss. So much for customer service. They mess up and blame the customers at the expense of the customers.</p>
