Parcel never arrived.
I ordered a simple item on their online platform. Shipping is supposed to take 5 days. It has been 10 days now (and counting). The email address given to enquire about your parcel seems to be of no use as I have sent emails and gotten no response. No communication from JAM as promised and no customer care. Utterly disappointed.

Cindy from the online department had followed up and explained what was happening with their deliveries. I have a lot of respect for a business that admits it's faults and strives to improve. I will definitely make use of them again because of Cindy. Thank you for being so helpful and taking each complaint seriously.
