Online order and delivery pathetic service
Online orders and delivery disaster. I ordered my things 13 days ago and I am taking the public holidays into account, but also have not received my order. Their website says delivery will happen within 3 to 5 business days and we're way past that already. The courier company also still "waiting" for the package even though it says received by Depot and delivery date on the courier company website says deliver will be done on 30 December. It is now the 31st of December and still waiting.
