No Systems, No cash refunds

What horrible customer serv8ce we've received from the NEW Mall @ Carnival Store. After standing in a que for half an hour we are told the systems are down. Only to come back 2 days later to find out no cash refunds will be given only store credits to buy something else from the store that does not fit me because they don't stock proper sizes. <br> Then the lady at the door gives attitude and refuses to help. <br> Very poor customer services I think
