No Service JAM Gezina

Pathetic service at JAM Gezina! I'm originally from Klerksdorp and always received amazing service in Klerksdorp. JAM Gezina is a downgrade, in service and neatness of store! I spent more than R1000 at Gezina just before Christmas, no assistance from staff, getting the right size is a struggle because size on label and hangers differ. I was at the store again today, two white ladies were chatting at the parcel desk and didn't even bother to greet. I asked a guy with a red shirt for assistance with finding jeans, he just waved to one side saying "you can look here", we also asked for slacks and he had no idea what we were talking about. I went to the fitting room to fit, there was no one there to assist either, after I already got undressed I realised there was a man working on a ladder in the fitting room, I got dressed immediately and left the store! What happened to JAMs service? Before leaving the centre I saw there were still people in the store, I knocked on the door to ask for an area managers number, the staff said closed, looked away and ignored me, I kept knocking, and tried to show them I want to ask something, finally someone came, but I couldn't here properly through the glass, someone else came and I also couldn't hear much.

JAM will never see me again! I'm appalled by the service, or rather - LACK OF SERVICE. I'm done with JAM
