No cash refunds on items bought with debit card but lay byes are only done with cash

<p>Well I went to the Jam store in nelspruit and bought 2 items on my debit card and the 3rd one I did a laybye of which I was ordered to go and withdraw cash since laybye are only done with cash , well the items I bought on my debit card didn't fit so I took them back for a refund then bang they say they don't do cash refunds they only do refunds on defective goods, I spoke to the manager asking her if she knew what the CPA says RUDLY she rep**** that she doesn't know maybe I should learn her because I seem to know everything, I told her I will be back for now I'm in a hurry but I want my money R535 is way too much to just let them think the above consumer rights</p>
