Maltreatment of Casual Staff at Jams Jabulani Mall

This is not about a bad service, it is about the maltreatment of the casual workers store as they are victimised can't stand up for themselves.Still adding on what I posted a day or two.I also work at Woolies in that mall.I bumped into young who works at Jam as casual ,known her for almost two years still a temp to date,hysterical at the toilet.She is been accused of being short of R500 when she was on the till on 6th of December 2018,was only told about this on the 22nd of January 2019.When she asked for a footage as some sort of proof she was told it was deleted.So what makes Natalia and Doris so sure of their accusation without proof.Am not gonna take this lying down will expose this kind of dishonesty amongst managers who take advantage of vulnerable youth trying to make an honest living.Jams higher management must intervene or else will expose this to other social networks.It pained me to see the sight of a distraught individual who is so young and who can't speak up for herself.I have never seen a person at Jams who is been a temp for almost two years without a being offered a job elsewhere.I am also customer there but after witnessing what I did being done to an individual has left a bitter taste in my mouth
