Lost Parcel

<p>My parcel got lost at the parcel counter. The parcel I received was not mine. When I returned the parcel I was advised that someone else took mine. The Ladies at Jam Pretoria Station Square told me I should wait and hopefully the person will return it. Why do they force us to leave our parcel at the counter if they won't take responsibility when things gets lost. </p>
