Laybye laws

<p>I have a laybye with jam that is supposed to expire this month. I went to the store a couple of weeks ago to refund as my husband ended up buying us clothes and now i dont need those clothes anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>Knowing the laybye laws if u let the laybye expire u do not get your money back but when i got to the randfontein store the manager said if the laybye expires in may i can only get my refund in june. Which to me is unheard off. Can someone please ***ist me with this, i have sent 2,emails to jam already but no reply still.</p> <p> </p> <p>I mean its really ridiculous, there is nowhere on the reciept or any infomation on this anywhere.</p> <p> </p> <p>Natasha</p> <p>***</p> <p>***</p>
