Jam Protea Glen Staff attitude

I went to Jam clothing store and Protea Glen Mall,on Sunday the 04th of July 2021.The reason for going there was to exchange clothing items. Two items had slip but the other item didnt have the receipt but still has tap price on.. The cashier and the supervisor told me i cant exchanges the item cause i dont have the slip in a very rude manner. Im not happy with the two ladies at The glen protea mall Jam. I think they should go to customer service training on how to service the customer. Both didn't greet and worse is the attitude...
