JAM Horison

I went into the JAM Horison Store to get a refund for a pair of pants worth 140-00 but was told that because it was 12 days later, a refund cannot be done. They then offered me a gift card worth 99-00 (not full refund value) and when I asked why the money on the card was so low, I was told because the pants were marked down. Now, those pants cost 140-00, if I wanted to return for something worth 140-00, I would need to pay in 41-00. As a customer, I don't believe how it was handled!! And better yet, the sales assistant never told me the pants were marked down, they just handed me a gift card worth 99-00! If management is not going to investigate this claim, I will have no choice but to boycot the store. I cannot in good conscious support a store that *****s a 41-00 from me and refuses to refund the entire amount. Also, you can't expect people to return clothing in 10 days if it was a gift from someone who only gave it to you 10 days later- extend the refund, please. I cannot be the only person who feels that way! I know I signed the slip but I had to.. I don't have time to argue in store after a long day at work over 41-00 but I do feel ******!
