Jam clothing the *******

I took out my laybye at jams today and I wanted to return some items since I didn't have money to pay out everything so I asked them if I can take just 1 item and they refused so when I took out de laybye I asked to do a return for cash and they told me about their return policy which is not even on their till slips JAM CLOTHING is robbing people their money I bought with my money if I would like my money back thats what I shud get I also work at a retail if a customer cancels a laybye we only have a cancelation fee which is written in black and white on our slips what Jam is doing is totally wrong im so disappointed I will never go to their stores ever they are ******** .
