JAM CLOTHING ONLINE ****!!!

This Jam Clothing is a complete ****! I placed an online order with them on the 7th of December 2022, order was accepted my money was taken alls good. I was given an expected delivery date for the 14th of December 2022, so yesterday I called them with regards to my order I was put on hold the whole flipping time! Reached out to them via Facebook only for them to respond with the courier was highjacked sorry for the inconvenience huh!... so now I'm way behond ****ed I just want my money back as in right now ASAP! I did not buy anything from skynet couriers I bought stuff from JAM CLOTHING and you are responsible for my money to be returned to my bank account so why must wait for you to sort whatever out with the courier service that is your problem, you had no issues with taking my money stop giving me the run around just refund me now.
