jam clothing incompetence

this week had a terrible experience at Jam Clothing Blackchain Branch.I bought a few items on the week after 25th of july which included a pair of faulty earings priced at 25rands.Went there on Sunday 11th of August 2019 only to be ********ly told there was nothing they could do for me since i had no earings with me.i explained the knobs were loose and was further told by the manager why did i wear them if they were loose.This response showed me the lack of empathy the store had.I left the shopn disappointed!
