Jam Clothing breaking my privacy

A store that breached my privacy and the popi wet. Returned something yesterday and they asked me to write my number on the slip. So I left my number and initials on the slip, just to find out somebody from the store sending me messages "was good to meet you".This is unprofessional and how many times has this happened?
