Horrible service at Jam clothing in Alberton City

As a loyal Jam customer, I have always enjoyed shopping at your stores, but my recent experience has left me feeling humiliated and disheartened at Jam clothing store in Alberton city

During my visit to the store on 13 May 2024, I encountered unacceptable behavior from the store manager, Ms. Mpumi Sekhundla. Ms. Sekhundla was not only rude and disrespectful throughout our interaction, but she also raised her voice and shouted at me when addressing my concerns. She is dismissive and eventually walked away without providing a resolution.

The entire experience was deeply upsetting, humiliating, and frustrating.

No customer should ever be subjected to such treatment,exposed to conduct and humiliation,especially at the hands of store manager. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address this issue.

I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar experiences in the future. I value the Jam brand and the quality of your products, but exceptional customer service is equally important
