Horrible service

I bought an underwear set from Jam on 11/05/2018, i was looking for a large size underwear of which i thought i took because the hanger was labelled large, at the point of sale i was not asked to confirm if the size was correct. upon realisation that the size i had taken was wrong i did not wear the underwear due to hygiene reasons and went back to the store. When i got there the manager explained that the rule apparently is that because underwear cannot be exchanged the cashier has to ask if im sure about the size before continuing with the sale and explain that such items cannot be exchanged, i understand all this but it is not my fault that the hanger was labelled wrong and that the cashier did not follow procedure. what made me write to hello peter is the manner of which all this happened instead of apologising, they refused to exchanged the item and they **** and said all this was explained to me and insisted i was in a rush of which is was not. i asked for the cameras to be reviewed if that was the case and they refused. the service was very poor and the lack of attention to detail has left me with an item i cannot use. im very disappointed because i have been a loyal client for a long time.
