HORRIBLE customer service

I went to Jam Festival mall today. there was no one to assist me and the lady who works there was busy talking to her friends by the door, when I asked her to help me she shouted for others to come help. even when I wanted to pay I had to go back to her and ask her because there was no one at the tills n she was still with her friends laughing nonstop. They have horrible customer service. you will wait for them to talk to their friends for long, before they attend you yet the shop is empty. when u ask them they give you attitude
