Excellent Service

I have to commend the manager at your Liberty Midlands Mall Store, he is such a helpful gentleman who went out of his way to assits me, a very polite man with a tattoo on his neck, I did not think to ask for his name but I believe he is 1 of the store managers/ supervisor , tall fair white/coloured looking guy who is very well mannered too. I previously had a bad experience with your other manager when the store was on the ground level by Woolworths , a short indian lady with short brown frizzy bob hair cut styled hair who is not helpful whatsoever, she was stuck to her cellphone in the back /office and not bothered about the store , she called staff to asssit and when I wanted to report her terrible behaviour she was arrogant and said she is the manager and this is her store .Whereas your other manager went out of his way to find what I was looking for and still checked with other stores if they had the item I needed .

On my last visit the Indian lady was not there by your new store by Checkers but this male . For a manager he is very humble unlike the rude indian lady who is arrogant, he also gave me a shopping basket and directed me to the ladies and kiddies department . I would definitely recommend this branch to all shoppers and I hope this manager's efforts are noted . In today's times you would think a female will be more helpful and friendly bt in this store it is the male who has manners and is helpful
