employee picking fight with customers

Was so dissappointed by the service my sisters received at JAM Umlazi Megacity from an employee by the name of Zah. They produced R200 note to make payment. This mentioned employee gave them an attitude that she cannot help them because they paid with 200. She was really rude & when trying to find out reason she started swearing at them & left her till to go outside to fight with them. She caused an embarassing scene shouting.
