Distasteful

I have never felt so violated in my entire existence. My experience at this retail store was atrocious, to say the very least. The employees instead of giving the customers number tags which would be expected at a retail store that prioritizes customer service, which clearly wasn't the case. What is done instead, is that when I entered the dressing rooms an employee told one of the male employees to go and sit on a ladder and when he refused she chose to sit on the ladder herself, while I was in the dressing room. This was done without my consent. I wonder what they are able to see from that angle because sitting on ladders while customers are in dressing rooms sometimes even naked is invasive. As if that is not distasteful and disrespectful enough, as a female customer I do not feel comfortable with a male employee following me around knowing very well what is occurring in South Africa in regards to women and not when I'm going to go fit on bra's. A male employee stood by the bra section, while I was shopping. If your employee's want to know my bra size they should ask me and not follow me around. I only gave this retail store a one star rating because I can't go below that. Such an unpleasant unprofessional experience. I hope you treat your customers better and with respect. The last thing we want is to feel violated. Branch: Balfour Park Mall.
