Disrespectful security gaurd

The security guard at Jam Pinewalk is extremely rude and disrespectful He asked me to open my bag and as I opened my bag and I said in a playful manner “my bag is so small what could possibly fit in here “ he clicked his tongue at me and said “niyabheda Nina” he referred to me in a plural manner as I am a traditional healer and I was dressed in traditional attire. I asked for the manager and he said he doesn’t care the manager will not do anything to him. The manager intervened but I am not happy. I cannot walk into a store and be disrespected because of my belief system. I need this to be addressed and I need a formal apology. If this is not dealt with I will go to social media.
