dishonest trade

On the 6/06/2018 I made a lay-bye at the Jam clothing store in Jhb town near Jeppe street. I had 3 items one which is a jacket for my husband. This jacket caught my eye for the specific reason that I've been looking for a similar jacket for the last 4 years. The jacket had the wool lining in the inside, including the sleeves. Saturday I went to take out the lay-bye. Being distracted at the time, I didn't note that the jacket was not the one that I initially put in the lay-bye. When I got home and showed my girls their items, only did I inspect the jacket, only to find it's the same brand name, Lee Cooper, but not the same jacket. The sleeves did not have the wool lining that was in the back and the sides. When my husband got home to fit the jacket, cause I bought a medium size, we found that it still had the magnet on the jacket. This was the 2nd flaw. Now, I don't know if the people working there thinks that I'm an idiot, but please, I would surely know what I placed on lay-by because it was only 3 items. I'm disgusted, dismayed, disappointed and totally devastated that people can be so devious and dishonest. And oh, they put on a price tag on the substitute jacket of R 495, but the initial one that I lay-byed was R 450. And the slip still showed it. So probably they must've thought that if they do put a higher price tag on, that would blow me of course. Sis on the staff working there. I now don't even know if I'll be able to lay-bye clothing for my kids at any Jam store in future. Their clothing is quality and I absolutely appreciate it, but this con that they pulled on me. It left a really sour taste in my mouth
